Our cupcakes are baked from scratch in small batches and frosted by hand. Sweet Aleksandr's cupcakes are baked with quality ingredients such as; sweet-cream butter, cage-free eggs, fresh fruit, local dairy and gourmet sprinkles. We bake with the finest French & Belgian chocolate and Madagascar vanilla beans.

Sweet Aleksandr's baking studio and other bakery ingredients are prepared in a facility that handles dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and other allergens. We strongly advice individuals with allergies to refrain from consuming our cupcakes.
S H I P P I N G
Sweet Aleksandr cannot ship cupcakes for arrival on Sundays or Mondays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.* All of our cupcakes ship with UPS via overnight service to the lower 48 states. Due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery. Sweet Aleksandr ships throughout the United States using UPS as our third party shipping carrier. Orders are shipped once per week on Tuesday. The order cut-off for Tuesday shipping is 11:59 PM Sunday. All orders placed 12:00 AM Monday and later will be shipped the following Tuesday. We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes. Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.
UPS will not to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Sweet Aleksandr is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for UPS. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered, UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. Sweet Aleksandr is not responsible for covering any duty charges, import fees or any other fees associated with your order upon its arrival to you, the customer. All shipping/import related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and how we are unable to control how our products are transported and stored once they leave us, Sweet Aleksandr does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges for our cupcakes.

Please note we are not responsible for what happens to your package once delivered. Please consider the product care required for the item you are ordering, possible weather conditions and theft. Perishable goods are not to be left in extreme weather conditions (heat and direct sunlight, rain, high winds, etc). Please plan accordingly. Refunds will not be provided.
