Sweet Aleksandr is an online boutique bakery located in Westfield, Ma, USA. With two locations, online bakery and home office. SA is a growing online shop filled with our own signature popular cupcakes and cakes. We are always looking for the next team members who will be a perfect fit in our tight-knit team and can help us grow.

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated person with positive energy to join our team at Sweet Aleksandr, working out of our two locations as a Part-Time associate, baker, decorator. Associate is responsible for creating a positive customer experience and fostering a respectful and motivated team environment.

Skills + Qualifications

☺︎ 5+ years in a customer service driven job required.

☺︎ Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate staff while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

☺︎ Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.

☺︎ Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities
☺︎  Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service by treating them with respect and maintaining a positive attitude.

☺︎ Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations during shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

☺︎ Staff Training: Train and mentor new and existing staff on best practices, product knowledge, and customer service techniques to ensure high performance.

☺︎ Team Management: Supervise retail associates, providing support and guidance to help them work to the best of their abilities.

☺︎ Order Management: Efficiently manage incoming food delivery app orders, ensuring they are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.

☺︎ Workspace Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

☺︎ Daily Reporting: Fill out a daily report with the support of Retail Associates at the end of every shift to summarize key observations, including customer feedback, operational insights, and staff performance. This report must be sent to the Assistant Manager on a daily basis.

☺︎ Communication: Act as a liaison between staff and the Assistant Manager, relaying any issues or feedback to improve operations and customer experiences.​
